Year 6 Mock Trial Heat

Some of the pupils in Year 6 were chosen to take part in the Tameside Mock Trial Heat. The pupils had to learn a script of a Cyberbullying trial. The pupils really brought their characters to life and gave great discussion at the end when deciding if the defendant was not guilty or guilty. During their time at the heats the pupils gained an insight to how a Magistrates Trial would work and how this links to the Rule of Law. Linking to British Vales, Be A Performer and Be A Volunteer
