Science - Investigating air resistance

Year 5 investigated air resistance by designing and testing parachutes of different sizes. We discovered that larger parachutes fell more slowly because they created greater air resistance. The children worked scientifically by making predictions, carrying out a fair test, and recording their results carefully.
