Bikeability

Year 5 pupils recently took part in the Bikeability Level 1 and 2 programme, delivered by nationally qualified cycling instructors through Tameside Council. Throughout the training, children developed essential cycling skills, including carrying out bike safety checks, signalling correctly, using gears effectively, and riding safely and confidently. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience and worked hard to improve their cycling knowledge and road awareness. All children were awarded a Bikeability badge and certificate to celebrate their achievements.
